What to bring?
Please bring a water bottle, enclosed shoes/runners and comfortable clothes.
Can I cancel booking?
There are no cancellations, however if you have made a mistake with the booking time send us an email and we can schedule you into another class.
Is class beginner-friendly?
Absolutely, the instructor will modify exercises to suit your level. This is a class for people over 50+ who are looking to build strength in th elegs for longevity.
How long is class?
Each session lasts about 45 minutes, focusing on hips and knees.
Who leads the class?
Our instructor is a qualified physiotherapist.
